That’s exactly why Jen and Juls started Beachfitness. The fitness holiday where you can recharge your batteries. A combination of sports, doing nothing, good food and lots of fun. Beach fitness is a comprehensive re-set for body, mind and soul.
The maxim of all beach fitness trips is: Everything can, nothing must! You can participate in as many sports units as you like every day. You can stay at dinner with water or enjoy a glass of wine. Just as it feels good and right for you.
Of course you can also take yourself out of the group at any time and be for yourself. Or you can chat through the nights with the other participants. You alone decide! During the trips you listen to yourself and your needs and experience how good it feels to trust your own body again.
Are you a single traveller? Perfect! At Beachfitness you share your room with a (same-sex) single traveller. Of course you may also join us with a friend or your partner.

JULS is a personal trainer and has been working full-time in the fitness industry for over ten years. With a lot of motivation and a good portion of humour she will challenge and push you in the courses.
JEN is not only an event manager but also a specialist in prevention and health promotion. She is the energetic, always cheerful part of the team and has a solution for every problem.
